The Ninth Circuit’s new Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system is now mandatory for most filers.
Come see a demo of the new system and learn about new court rules regarding electronic filing, opening cases,
filing briefs and motions, and receiving court orders via email. For both attorneys and legal staff who will be involved in
electronic filing. No need to RSVP for this free training.

Wireless Internet service - The United States District Court in the Eastern District of California now provides
free wireless Internet service for attorneys in the library and the attorney’s lounge located on the first floor of the Sacramento
courthouse. Wireless access is only provided in the courthouse library and the attorney lounge, and connectivity is lost outside of
these locations. Systems that are WiFi enabled generally will connect automatically. Training on wireless Internet connectivity is not
provided by the court.
