7. What if I have a filing after-hours?
Answer:
The Court is open to the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday,
except on Federal holidays. There is no drop box for after hours filing at the Fresno divisional office.
The drop box located outside the Court in Sacramento has been closed. Click here for further detalis.
