21. Why do I occasionally receive documents mailed, although I have signed an authorization form to participate in the court's automated fax servicing program?
Answer:
If there was a problem at either end of the fax line and the fax could not go through, a hard copy is sent. Also, if there are more than 20 pages and/or 20 parties to be served, it will be mailed.
