These CM/ECF Final Procedures will guide the implementation of electronic filing and case management in the
Eastern District of California. These Procedures have been approved by the judges of this District after receipt of input from the Bar. The Procedures will stand as the basis for changes to be made within the Local Rules to authorize CM/ECF prior to its implementation, and will also be the basis for provisions within the CM/ECF User's Manual due out sometime in the Fall of 2004.

The district court will soon be registering attorneys for electronic filing - the "go live" date for CM/ECF remains January 3, 2005. Watch this website for scheduling of CM/ECF training.
