** Your full financial obligation includes all amounts located in Box B of your Violation Notice which includes both the fine amount and the processing fee. If you have multiple tickets, please combine all amounts for each violation notice arriving at one total amount of all tickets combined. If your violation notice does not include a money obligation in Box B and the Mandatory Appearance Box is checked in Box A, then you are required to personally appear at the scheduled court. Under these circumstances, you cannot pay in installments.

If you are allowed to pay in installments, the total amount will be divided up into 6 equal payment due on the 15th of each month. A failure to pay timely on any one of your payments will result in additional fees being assessed against you and a possible lien on any federal tax refunds or payments and/or, if your violation included a moving violation, a hold on your driver’s license.
