The following items are not permitted in the courthouse: weapons, cameras, mace or pepper spray, portable TV’s, radios, tape recorders, large calculators or any other electronic devices. Laptops however are permitted in the courthouse and wireless internet access is available in the Jury Lounge. Cellular phones, including camera phones, are permitted in the courthouse but shall remain off while in the courtrooms.

Additionally, using a cellular phone’s camera to take pictures inside the courthouse without the express permission of the Chief Judge is strictly forbidden. Anyone violating this restriction is subject to having his or her cell phone confiscated and the pictures removed.

Jurors must be dressed appropriately at all times. Casual or professional dress is acceptable. Tank tops, shorts, halters or similar clothing is not appropriate.
