PACER Failover Testing

To ensure proper system operations, the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Development Branch will perform failover testing on the Production environment from 4:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time on Sunday, June 22, 2025.

PACER users and Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging in, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
