Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card payment for miscellaneous fees. Credit cards are not accepted for bail or restitution payments.
- Credit card payment for registered CM/ECF users who are paying fees through CM/ECF.
- Cashier’s Check
- Money Order
- Personal Check. Please note that there is a $53 fee if checks are returned for payment or denied for insufficient funds.
Notice to Persons Making Payment by Check
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution. We will keep your check for three to 14 business days, after which time your check will be shredded.

A Privacy Act Statement required by 5 U.S.C. § 552a(e)(3) stating our authority for soliciting and collecting the information from your check, and explaining the purposes and routine uses which will be made of your check information, is available from the Federal Register at: https://www.federalregister.gov/articles/2003/02/04/03-2521/privacy-act-of-1974-as-amended-system-of-records
