HOURS OF OPERATIONS

The Clerk's Office for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California is open in Sacramento and Fresno 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).  The Clerk's Office will be closed from 11:30am to 12:30pm daily. 

If you are visiting one of our outlying offices in Bakersfield, Redding or Yosemite National Park, please contact the office for public office hours.
