CERTIFICATES OF GOOD STANDING

 

To request a Certificate of Good Standing, please submit a request in writing (there is not a form) including the attorney’s name and CA bar number along with payment (please see Fee Schedule for amount) and a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope for certificate return.

 

Requests and payment can be made through the mail with a check (made payable to: Clerk, U.S. District Court) or in person at either the Sacramento or Fresno Clerk's Office with check or credit card. Unfortunately, it cannot be submitted or paid electronically or by phone. The Clerk's Office no longer accepts cash as a form a payment.
